Zooomr gives away free pro accounts
Zooomr (note: three “o”s) offers free pro accounts to any blogger out there, you just have to link one picture, so here it is. Well, it’s only for a year, but in this year you could upload 48 GB of pictures, after that you still have 100 MB per month with the free account, or you could pay for the pro account. Remember there is no limit on how much you can store, only the upload is limited!
Since Zooomr increased their upload limits (currently five times the ones from Flickr) I wanted to try their service.
Here the picture of the TechCrunch review.
I like their service very much, they offer various image sizes for inclusion in your blog, and are generally very open. I don’t like Flickr, even when they are the photo sharing site. 20 MB per month are simply too small, and it was always a bit slow for my taste – the downside of success.
If you want a free pro account, take a look here, in the meantime they increased the limits from 2.5 GB to 4 GB.
(I know this is a method to increase their ranking in various search engines, but hey, they also give me something for it.)
Update: That’s how it should be:
